We use it on both hands! My little guy can pull it off of his non dominant hand so I keep it on his right hand so it stays on longer. We alternate and he seems to like it!

Unfortunately I don’t have the packaging any ore. But I will say we didn’t let her ise it because even after washing it it had a chemical smell. It was a cool idea, but we didn’t trust what could be on the rubber part when it smelled so strong.
